Pittsburgh, PA's downtonw area. The fountain is at the apex of the point.
Great night shot of Pittsburg ... so many lights. I like the blurred trees in the foreground too.

I balanced the camera on the railing at the incline lookout. I had no choice but to let the camera do the work. A tripod would have helped. I have to go back there with the right equipment
