One man-one two by four

While a lot of the construction is pre-fabricated a man with a hammer is still needed to put it all together. This time of year they work until dusk.

Next time you can try Aaron idea but you must be quick to shot the fall. I'm not sure that he wants to to it again.

My father was a builder, and I've always wanted to build our own home, but we just found and bought exactly what we want for a retirement home, so I guess I'll give up that wish. Thanks for sharing your experience.
