This painting hangs in our house. I was testing my new walk around 18-200mm lens. Hand held, camera flash, 200mm with Vibration Reduction on. Good result I believe.

The D100 has a strange way to return 1/60s... 5/300s is a strange choice ;) Good picture but I have a strange rendering on my screen with strange squarres of color. Like the first jpeg pictures we got in low res on our old Dos computers.

Dad - I am seeing thde same thing as Herve (which is what I mentioned on the phone yesterday) there are a bunch of pixelated squares - are you shooting this on highest quality JPG? Send me a copy of the original - I'm curious to see if it does the same thing.
