The (orange juice) cartons are filled and they placed in shipping containers. The suds on the floor is not milk but a soapy liquid. The production lines keeps running. The worker's job is to make sure the carton don't get stacked up.
That's always strange the way machines products what we will soon eat or drink. There is a lack of humanity in that ! Where is the cow ! Where is the farmer ! Well, the result is far less expensive, and I must admit ... I don't like the natural milk... ;)

I should have read before writing ! I thought it was milk ! It is orange ! Nevertheless , I still do not like milk direct from cow ;)

I can't believe they use soapy liquid instead of real milk! People must know the truth!

Nadege, this is a retail dairy. The milk and juice are trucked in for processing. We were looking through a glass window. The store sells milk and juice while the kids look through the glass and watch the machines.
