Not bad for in camera - I would add a little contrast in Photoshop - you can do this a couple different ways but the easiest for this shot would be to go to "Brightness/Contrast" dialog and up the contrast. You can also do it with levels or curves but I forget how Elements handles all these things. You need to update to regular Photoshop - maybe after you sell some prints ;-)
