the colors look much nicer in this one. Looks like they tag the birds to track them.

Great shot, but I don't think Rudy's his real name. Do you actually have a 500mm lens or are you using a teleconverter? And how do you like your D300? I've been thinking about coughing up the bucks for one myself.
